Message in a Bottle

How it works
We give you a small Bottle/Pot
Inside there is a form and 2 stick on Green crosses
It is important that the form is filled in and put in the Pot
Ideally with a copy of your latest prescription and a photo
The Pot is placed in your Fridge One green cross is placed on the outside of the door
The Second green cross goes on the main entrance door
If the emergency services have to attend you they KNOW how to follow the green cross
Vital time can be saved, the Doctor/Paramedic's will know what medication to use
If you are not on medication that is as important as it gives them free options to use
Time can crucial
Additional have 2 bottles and keep one in the car glove compartment and the green sticker placed on the windscreen.
Dont forget the photo of yourself in the bottle it helps to identify for the parimedics
